Millrose Properties ups revolver commitments by $50M to $1.385B
Millrose Properties entered into a Commitment and Acceptance to exercise the accordion under its existing Credit Agreement, increasing revolving credit facility commitments by $50 million to $1.385 billion and adding Flagstar Bank as a new lender.
