Middleby discontinues Brewing Group after $24 million revenue in 2025
The Brewing Group generated $24 million of net sales in 2025 and an approximate $9 million adjusted EBITDA loss. Middleby said the discontinuation should be immaterial to 2026 guidance and expects the benefit in 2027 margins.
