Middle East crude benchmarks extend decline as Hormuz flows improve
Oman and Dubai crude benchmarks extended their decline on Monday, edging toward $20/bbl premiums, as traders looked to a partial recovery in shipments from Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia has sold about 60 million barrels from Ras Tanura for loading via the Strait of Hormuz.
