Microsoft to restructure reporting segments into two from fiscal 2027
Microsoft said it is reorganizing business reporting. Starting with fiscal 2027, it will collapse three long-standing reporting segments into two, aligning disclosures with AI spanning Azure, Microsoft 365, GitHub and its software portfolio.
