Micron to pay Netlist $600M for 5-year patent license
Micron Technology will pay $600 million to Netlist as part of an agreement settling patent disputes between the two companies. The agreement gives Micron a five-year term to license Netlist's portfolio of patents, including server DIMMs and high-bandwidth memory technologies.
