Mgen Solutions calls extraordinary shareholders' meeting on Oct. 13, 2026
Shareholders will vote in Seoul on appointing five directors, including three inside directors and two independent directors. The meeting will also consider amendments to the articles of incorporation to revise and expand business purposes and the removal of inside director Lee Hyeok-hee.
