Meshflow and HGP Intelligent Energy agree to $800 million stock merger
Meshflow signed a business combination agreement to merge with HGP Intelligent Energy in an $800 million stock deal, issuing 80 million Pubco shares at $10.00 each following Delaware domestication and dual mergers into Pubco.
