Melar Acquisition Corp. I agrees to merge with Italy e — grocery platform Everli
Everli signed a merger agreement with Melar Acquisition Corp. I for a proposed business combination. On closing, the combined company is expected to be renamed Everli Global Holdings and list on Nasdaq as EVRL. Everli runs an asset-light e-grocery marketplace in Italy, operating in more than 60 provinces with over 1,15
