Mek ICS updates special shareholder meeting agenda to include CEO pay cap of 300 million won
Mek ICS issued a correction to its Oct. 30 extraordinary shareholder meeting agenda following finalization of proposals. Revised items include a partial articles-of-incorporation amendment to add in vitro diagnostic medical device manufacturing. Meeting will also vote on rules for unregistered professional executives.
