Medtronic sets final exchange ratio for MiniMed split-off
Medtronic said the final exchange ratio in its MiniMed split-off will be 4.5939 MiniMed shares for each Medtronic share accepted in the exchange offer. The offer expires at midnight New York City time on Oct. 9, 2026, unless extended or terminated.
