Medicox Sells Factory Land and Buildings for KRW 5.75 Billion
Medicox agreed to sell factory land and buildings in Gyeongsangnam-do for KRW 5.75 billion on Oct. 14, 2026. Completion is scheduled for Nov. 13, 2026, with proceeds earmarked for secured debt repayment and working capital. The sale is expected to generate a disposal loss of approximately KRW 2.71 billion.
