Medicortex enters agreements for directed set-off share issues
Medicortex International AB (publ) entered agreements with NoteCom Holding AB (publ) and Dividend Sweden ahead of planned directed set-off share issues totalling ~SEK 9.9 million. Newly issued shares settle a loan, a shareholder-base fee and a consultancy receivable.
