MediciNova terminates $30 million Yorkville standby equity facility
MediciNova will terminate its Standby Equity Purchase Agreement with Yorkville effective September 8, 2026, after notice on August 31, 2026. The $30.0 million facility signed July 30, 2025 produced sales of 175,000 shares at $1.39–$1.40.
