McEwen agrees to sell Fuller, Paymaster properties to Discovery Mining for US$ 55 million
McEwen agreed to sell the Fuller property and its 60% interest in the Paymaster property in Timmins, Ontario, to Discovery Mining’s Dome Mine. Total consideration set at USD 55 million, split between USD 5 million cash and USD 50 million in Discovery common shares. Share portion to be priced using Discovery’s five-day
