McCormick & Co. Reports Higher 3Q Sales, Lower Profit
McCormick & Co. reported higher sales in its fiscal third quarter, with net income of $97.6 million, or 36 cents a share, for the three months ended Aug. 31, compared with $225.5 million, or 8 cents a share, in the year-ago period. The company's planned combination with Unilever's food business is ongoing.
