Mattel appoints Roger Lynch chairman and CEO, succeeding Ynon Kreiz
Mattel said Roger Lynch, currently a board member and independent lead director, will become chairman on Oct. 2, 2026 and chief executive on or before Nov. 2, 2026. Ynon Kreiz will step down as chairman and CEO on Oct. 2, 2026 to take a senior leadership position at another public company.
