Marsoum Developments targets $973.5 million for West Cairo mixed-use project
Marsoum Developments says it is targeting around 50 billion Egyptian pounds ($973.5 million) for The Central Gate, an 80-feddan mixed-use development in October Gardens, West Cairo.
