Marsons MARS.NS to form JV with Cleanhill Partners for US/Canada expansion
Indian transformer manufacturer Marsons said it intends to form a joint venture with US-based Cleanhill Partners to expand transformer distribution, service and manufacturing in the United States and Canada. Shares rose 6.9% to 127.45 rupees.
