Marsh sees U.S. employer health benefit costs rising 8.2% in 2027
Marsh’s preliminary 2026 National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans projects total health benefit cost per employee to rise 8.2% in 2027, based on responses from over 1,800 U.S. employers.
