Madrigal Pharmaceuticals announced that its drug Rezdiffra demonstrated consistent histology and biomarker benefits across common MASH genetic variants in a pre-specified secondary analysis of the Phase 3 MAESTRO-NASH trial. The benefits were consistent across variants including PNPLA3, HSD17B13, TM6SF2, MTARC1, and MB
