MXI opens exclusive due diligence with Ares after $2.50-a-share bid
MaxiPARTS Limited (MXI) opened exclusive due diligence with Ares Management Asia after receiving a conditional $2.50-a-share cash proposal. The non-binding approach values the commercial vehicle parts distributor at an enterprise value of about $132 million.
