MS Industrie AG unit buys 51% stake in Serbian firm IDAS
MS Industrie AG's wholly owned subsidiary MS XTEC GmbH will acquire a 51% majority stake in IDAS d.o.o., a Serbian company specializing in metal components, industrial modules, and assemblies. IDAS generated approximately EUR 8.5 million in revenue in fiscal year 2025.
