MPT completes sale of two hospitals’ real estate for $413 million
Medical Properties Trust (NYSE: MPT) said it sold the real estate of Idaho Falls Community Hospital and Mountain View Hospital to affiliates of Intermountain Health for $413 million in a cash transaction.
