Wan Hin Investments Sdn. Bhd. has disposed of 1,362,170 shares and acquired 1,886,918 shares in MKH Berhad on Sept. 18 and Sept. 21 respectively, according to filings dated Sept. 22. The transactions were part of an unconditional mandatory takeover offer by Whitmore Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
