M N C Wireless Berhad: adviser change for RM83 million proposed capital reduction
M N C Wireless Berhad said it and Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn. Bhd. mutually agreed to terminate Sierac’s advisory services for the RM83,000,000 proposed capital reduction under Section 117 of the Companies Act 2016, and that TA Securities Holdings Berhad has been appointed as adviser.
