M Evo Global Acquisition names Richard Majlinder director, adds him to audit and compensation committees
M Evo Global Acquisition Corp II named Richard Majlinder to its board on Oct. 6, effective immediately, filling a vacancy. Majlinder joined the audit committee, also taking a seat on the compensation committee. He is chief investment officer at Maranello Capital, previously a chief commercial officer at Madison Group E
