M&G buys 173 Greater Paris apartments from Gecina for €67 million
M&G acquired two Greater Paris residential properties from Gecina for €67 million on October 15, 2026. The off-market purchase was made on behalf of the M&G European Living Property Fund. Completed in 2025, the properties comprise 173 rental apartments with strong occupancy in La Garenne-Colombes and Rueil-Malmaison. T
