Lululemon files 8-K on leadership changes
Lululemon said Meghan Frank will continue as chief financial officer and will take on expanded responsibilities, including interim oversight of global brand and global technology, until new chiefs are appointed. She will receive a retention equity award in connection with the expanded duties.
