Lufthansa in Talks to Take Full Control of TAP

Lufthansa is in talks to acquire Portugal’s flag carrier TAP. Portugal’s government is seeking opposition support for the sale of its remaining 50.1% stake for €1.351 billion ($1.52 billion).
