Lotte REIT corrects KRW 165 billion loan repayment date to Sept. 30, 2026
Lotte REIT revised the maturity date on its KRW 165 billion secured loan for new asset acquisitions to Sept. 30, 2026 from Sept. 29, 2026. The borrowing is scheduled to be drawn on Sept. 30, 2024.
