Lotte Corp issues KRW 100 billion hybrid capital note in private placement
Proceeds from the 7th tranche are earmarked for debt repayment. Coupon starts at 5% through Sept. 30, 2027, then resets annually through 2030 with step-ups to +3.5% over the initial rate.
