Lotte Chemical Titan subsidiary LCTIL to be dissolved after final winding-up meeting
Lotte Chemical Titan Holding Berhad said the liquidator of Lotte Chemical Titan International Limited (LCTIL) convened a final meeting on 28 September 2026 and, after a three-month period from a 29 September 2026 lodgement with LFSA and the Official Receiver, LCTIL will be dissolved.
