Loomis AB completed its acquisition of 99.80% of Peru’s Hermes Transportes Blindados for approximately $297 million. The deal, which closed on Oct. 5, 2026, saw Hermes, a security logistics provider in Peru, acquired to be integrated into Loomis' Europe and Latin America segment.
