LondonMetric sells seven assets for £85m, net initial yield 5.3%
LondonMetric said it has sold seven assets for £85m, targeting a net initial yield of 5.3% and broadly in line with March 2026 book values. Disposals include two Ramsay hospitals in Truro and Salford sold for £59.1m.
