Logistic Properties of the Americas Launches $85M Peru Logistics Development
LPA launched a roughly $85 million, 1.1 million-square-foot Class A logistics park in Lurín, Lima, funded with Peruvian institutional capital. It will retain about 11% equity, control the project, and earn development, leasing and management fees.
