Logistea buys Stockholm dock terminal from DSV in SEK 950 million sale-leaseback
Logistea AB will acquire a fully-leased logistics asset in Stockholm from DSV in a SEK 950 million sale-leaseback transaction, with an underlying property value of SEK 950 million and SEK 38 million deferred tax.
