Locafy to buy Map Labs assets for up to $3 million
Locafy has agreed to acquire Map Labs assets and customer base for up to $3 million in cash. The deal is expected to close by December 31, 2026, with $2 million upfront and an additional $1 million contingent on revenue targets.
