Livetech da Bahia confirmed completion of its acquisition of 100% of Teki in an October 16, 2026, market notice. The R$ 900,000 purchase, first disclosed on September 14, 2026, will be paid in a single installment. The sellers were Diamond Angel Participações e Administração de Bens Próprios and Marco Aurélio Machado.
