Live Nation Prices $730M and €600M Notes Due 2032, Extends Credit Facilities
Live Nation completed a private offering of $730 million and €600 million in senior notes due 2032. Proceeds will redeem its 6.500% senior secured notes due 2027 and fund general purposes; the company also extended credit facilities to 2031.
