Lithium Argentina Repurchases $200M of 2027 Convertible Notes
The company repurchased $200M of its 2027 convertible notes in private deals for approximately $198M plus interest, leaving about $59M outstanding. It intends to repay the remainder at or before Jan. 15, 2027, from cash on hand.
