Lisata wins patent for certepetide cancer use
Lisata Therapeutics said the USPTO granted a new method-of-use patent for certepetide in pancreatic cancer and other solid tumors. The patent is slated to expire in May 2041, with the company citing added market exclusivity into November 2043.
