Liontrust Buys Hawksmoor Assets, Cavendish Lifts EPS Forecast
Liontrust Asset Management has acquired the fund management and model portfolio services assets of Hawksmoor Investment Management. Cavendish analyst Jens Ehrenberg views the deal as strategically advantageous and has raised the current-year earnings per share forecast for Liontrust by approximately 2%.
