Liontrust Asset Management proposes £6 million cash acquisition
Liontrust says the proposed deal has initial cash consideration of £6 million and is expected to enhance adjusted diluted EPS for FY ending 31 March 2027; Hawksmoor is expected to achieve operating margins before deal costs.
