Lincoln Property, New York Life Investment Management form joint venture for $150 million CityNorth Industrial Park redevelopment in Houston
Lincoln formed a joint venture with New York Life Investment Management to acquire Houston’s Greenspoint Mall site. The partners plan a USD 150 million redevelopment into CityNorth Industrial Park across about 80 acres. Project scope includes 1.2 million square feet of cross-dock and rear-load industrial space, with so
