LibertyStream issues C$15M 12% secured notes
LibertyStream issued C$15.0M senior secured promissory notes to Pathfinder at 12%, maturing Sept. 21, 2027, to fund Freedom 1 capex and working capital. It expects to issue 3,061,224 bonus shares, subject to TSXV approval.
