Liberty Energy signed a supply contract on Feb. 13, 2026 with NES-WES for power generation equipment for prospective data center projects. Purchase price totals about $493.2 million, including tariff and transportation amounts subject to true-up at the final payment milestone. Amendment No. 1, signed May 27, 2026, revi
