Li Auto Secures RMB 1.625 Billion for Chip Subsidiary
Li Auto will contribute RMB 1 billion and external investors RMB 625 million. An additional investment option of up to RMB 500 million is available through December 2026. Funding will support chip R&D, commercialization and expansion beyond automotive applications; Li Auto will retain majority control.
