Lee Soo-chan and related parties increased their Hct stake to 37.13% from 37% as of Oct. 16, 2026. Kwon Yong-taek bought 18,787 voting shares on Oct. 12-14, lifting the group's holdings to 5,382,720 shares. Shares pledged under loan agreements rose to 1,664,000 from 1,495,000, representing 11.48% of outstanding shares.
