Latvia PM opposes lifting sanctions on Russia billionaires Usmanov and Fridman
Latvia's Prime Minister said the country cannot accept a proposal that would lift EU sanctions on Russian billionaires Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman in exchange for renewing sanctions on thousands of others. The EU sanctions are set to expire Tuesday unless member states unanimously agree to renew them.
