Largo prices private placement of 10.2 million shares and 10.2 million warrants
Largo priced an unregistered private placement of 10,200,000 common shares and 10,200,000 common share purchase warrants covering up to 10,200,000 additional shares. The securities purchase agreement is dated Sept. 24, 2026, and H.C. Wainwright received 539,000 placement agent warrants for up to 539,000 shares.
